Fitz Roy 1819 · Palermo Hollywood · Buenos Aires
Open: Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner | Reservation recommended
Crizia restaurant: 1 Michelin Star and Green Star for sustainable practices. With over 20 years of history in Buenos Aires, chef Gabriel Oggero and his wife Geraldine Gastaldo run one of the most distinctive proposals in the city's dining scene: a produce-driven kitchen centred on the Argentine sea, small producers and fire.
The heart of Crizia restaurant is its Oyster Bar: oysters hand-harvested from Patagonian rocks at low tide, Patagonian trout and lamb, South Atlantic fish and organic vegetables sourced from artisan producers across the country. All cooked over an open kitchen with a charcoal and wood-fired oven. The four-floor wine cellar holding over 15,000 bottles is one of the dining room's most striking features.
A SPACE DESIGNED FOR EXPERIENCE
The Palermo Hollywood location — moved to in 2021 — is modern, cubic in form and seats 50. The open kitchen, bar and imposing wine cellar create a sophisticated atmosphere where the produce and the fire are the true protagonists. The "Puro Mar" menu is the complete experience for seafood lovers.
