Anchoita restaurant is one of Buenos Aires' most celebrated restaurants, recommended by the Michelin Guide and featured on Latin America's 50 Best Discovery. Led by Enrique Piñeyro — pilot, entrepreneur and cook — it has operated since 2018 in a former soda siphon factory in Chacarita, with a contemporary industrial atmosphere and an open kitchen surrounded by a bar where you can eat while watching the chefs at work.
Anchoita restaurant proposes a deeply local Argentine cuisine: daily hook-only fish (patí, surubí, Mar del Plata anchovies), pasture-raised beef at the exact right temperature (55°C juicy, 49°C very juicy, 42°C seared), agroecological vegetables from their own garden, house-made charcuterie and unique breads from the Anchoíta Bakery. Everything designed for sharing. Drinks list with over 800 labels.
A GASTRONOMIC ECOSYSTEM IN CHACARITA
Alongside the main restaurant, Anchoita restaurant has Anchoíta Cava — a wine bar for tapas — and its Bakery, considered one of the best in Buenos Aires. A project that redefined the concept of contemporary Argentine cuisine.
