Av. Sarmiento 2725 · Ecoparque · Palermo · Buenos Aires
Open: Tuesday to Sunday, lunch and dinner | Reservation recommended
Aguila Pabellón is one of Buenos Aires' most singular restaurants and a 2024 Michelin Guide recommendation. Located inside Palermo's Ecoparque, in a historic 1905 building declared a Heritage Site of the City — originally the legendary Confitería Águila — it proposes a culinary journey to 1900s Buenos Aires: period-dressed waiters, furniture rescued from historic auctions and bucolic views over the park's flora and fauna.
The kitchen at Aguila Pabellón is led by chef Julián Gallende — trained under Mauro Colagreco at Mirazur — and proposes high-quality comfort food: ribeye, seasonal fish, mushroom-cream chicken, risotto and vegan options. All in an intimate, quiet setting steps from Plaza Italia that feels like another world.
HISTORY, NATURE AND GASTRONOMY IN ONE PLACE
The Aguila Pabellón terraces overlooking the Ecoparque are among the most unique outdoor dining spaces in Buenos Aires. A proposition that combines architectural heritage, urban nature and market-driven cooking in a setting no other restaurant in the city can replicate.
Reservation recommended especially for terraces and weekends. Walk-ins also welcome.
