There is no fixed menu at 4ta Pared: the 4 or 6-course tasting changes weekly according to the best market produce and micro-seasonality. Wood-fired focaccia with koji butter and fish roe, pea risotto with aubergine broth, and salt-and-thyme cured mandarin desserts define a style of high-end, conscious cooking that is accessible and free from pretension.
