Since 2007, chef Gonzalo Aramburu has led a cutting-edge gastronomic experience in the heart of Recoleta, accessed through the charming Pasaje del Correo. A surprise tasting menu of approximately 18 courses, renewed each season with Argentina's finest produce: king crabs from Tierra del Fuego, saffron from San Juan, cassava from Misiones.

The open kitchen faces the dining room, allowing guests to watch the team at work in real time. Molecular gastronomy techniques — liquid nitrogen, foams, vacuum — coexist with a deeply Argentine sensibility. Aramburu is haute cuisine with a Buenos Aires soul.
