With just 10 bar seats and outdoor space on the corner, Tres Monos bar offers a 100% Argentine cocktail programme: all ingredients are locally sourced, from house-made spirits — sake, bourbon-style whisky with Argentine grains — to their own wines and sparkling. It was also the first South American bar to win the Michter's Art of Hospitality Award for its relaxed, inclusive service.
