Mudra restaurant makes everything from scratch using organic, fresh produce: cheeses, dressings, yogurts, doughs, burgers and even dulce de leche, all without any animal products. The plant-based sushi, artisan pizzas and signature cocktails are among the most praised dishes. A space of marble, iron, wood and vertical gardens where the open kitchen is the illuminated centrepiece of the atmosphere.
